Shipped my first production agent inside Accenture

Not a demo. Not a lab exercise. A live agent—built with Semantic Kernel SDK (C#) + OpenAI GPT—now in the hands of real users and being used to train.
Why this agent? I love coaching teammates on the importance of personal branding. In 2020 I wrote on LinkedIn that AI would soon be able to assemble a resume/profile from our digital breadcrumbs. That future is here—and useful if you make good choices.
What it does (in under a minute)
- Internal brand pulse (0–100): Synthesizes accessible internal signals to score how clearly your strengths land inside Accenture.
- External brand pulse (0–100): Reviews your public footprint (e.g., Google findability, clarity of “what you’re known for”).
- Gaps → guidance: Asks if you want suggested moves to strengthen internally, externally, or pivot what you’re known for.
- Tone: Coaching, not judging—built to encourage action.
Why it matters
When your brand is clear, your phone rings—with the right opportunities. That’s true for us and for our clients looking to reinvent.
A tiny peek under the hood

Rules: Be concise, specific, and encouraging. Avoid fluff. If evidence is weak, say so and suggest a low-lift validation step.
Design choices that paid off
- Scores + summaries + actions (always together) → drives follow-through.
- Human-in-the-loop (confirm signals; edit goals) → trust without slowing down.
- Agent tone guidelines baked into the prompt → higher engagement.
While I can't share the internal prompt pack, if you are interested, comment BRAND and I’ll share a sanitized template.
